The 145.022-69 represents a significant transition in Speedmaster history, being the first reference to use the Calibre 861 movement in regular production. This pre-Moon landing version features a solid caseback without the NASA flight-qualified text found on later models. It was the last reference produced before Omega began commemorating the moon landing on their casebacks.
